Social media platforms lit up with comments and questions about her transformation, with some suggesting she might be using Ozempic, a popular weight loss medication.
Many people took to the comments section on Instagram after People magazine posted images of Bertinelli to their account, with one person writing: “I think Valerie is on that Ozempic train,” while another added: “On the shots of Ozempic?”
“Someone took ozempic [sic],” a further comment read.
The unhelpful comments didn’t stop there, however, with another user chiming in with: “Valerie got the ozempic craze too [sic]!”
Someone else said: “Gurl!!! Valerie!! You are on ozempic or other semaglutide [sic]?”
